Our vision for our store was to create more than a place where people could get gear to sweat in, we wanted to create a community hub where people could learn and discuss the physical aspects of healthy living, mindfulness and living a life of possibility. It was also important for us to create real relationships with our guests and understand what they were passionate about, how they liked to sweat and help them celebrate their goals. Today, we do this in our stores around the globe.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and gift cards. We also accept pre-paid credit cards so long as the card has a billing address attached to it.

For Canada and the US we accept Visa Debit cards, and for the US only we accept Discover and JCB cards.

We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note orders are subject to review.

For guests shopping online or in-app, we now offer interest-free payment plans with Afterpay—with no additional fees when you pay on time.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

You will be charged when we ship your order. We will update you with a shipping confirmation email at that time. A pre-authorization is placed onto your credit card when you submit your order, but we don’t process the payment until the order has been shipped.

WHY DO I SEE MULTIPLE PRE-AUTHORIZATIONS ON MY CREDIT CARD?

Some orders are sent in multiple shipments—when this happens you may see more than one pre-authorization on your credit card.

WHAT CURRENCY IS THE SITE IN?

Prices on the Canadian site are in Canadian dollars. All dollar amounts on the US/International website are presented in US currency.

WHAT IF I’M ORDERING WITH A CANADIAN CREDIT CARD ON THE US/INTERNATIONAL WEBSITE?

The charges to your credit card will reflect the current exchange rate from CAD to USD.

Additionally, your credit card company may charge you an international transaction fee for these orders. To find out more, it’s best to check with your credit card company prior to placing your order.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • STEP 1: Choose your product, select the store where you want to pick it up, then choose “Buy Online, Pick Up in Store” when you check out. (Tip: you can also select your store first so you’re only looking at inventory available at the store most convenient for you!)
  • STEP 2: Wait for your pickup confirmation email, then head to the store. Our team will provide you with instructions for a contact-free pickup experience when you arrive.

DO I NEED TO ENTER YOUR STORE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

We’re offering a contactless, outside-of-store pickup location for guests who would prefer not to enter our stores.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF AN ITEM IS AVAILABLE TO PICK UP AT A STORE?

Buy Online, Pick Up at Store is currently limited to product available in participating, select locations and is subject to change. If you know you want to pick up your gear from a specific location, choose the store first and only shop what’s available at your location. You can also shop as usual and use the “Check Store Availability” feature on the product page to see if your item’s available.

Not seeing the option in your city? Based on the latest guidance from healthcare officials, we may not be able to offer a pickup experience in your region.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

We’ll pre-authorize your credit card when you complete your order online, but we won’t process the payment until you pick up your order. If you decide not to pick up your gear, the pre-authorization will drop in 7-10 business days.

WHO CAN PICK UP MY ORDER?

You can pick up your order with a piece of government ID that matches the order or use your email confirmation. Sending a friend? No problem, just forward them your confirmation email and have them show it to an educator at the store.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup. Due to COVID-19, select stores are operating with limited hours and others are available for at-door pickup orders only.

For stores where in-store shopping is available: You can pick up your order at any time the store is open.

For stores that are open for at-door pickup orders only: You can pick up your order between 12-4 PM local time only. Give the store a call when you arrive and they’ll be right out with your order.

WHERE DO I GO TO PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE?

When you arrive, let an educator know you’re picking up an online order and they’ll take care of you from there. Heads up—if you don’t pick up your order by the end of the following day, it will be cancelled by the store.

HOW LONG WILL THE STORE HOLD MY ORDER?

After you’ve received your pickup confirmation email, you’ll have until the store closes the following day to pick up your order. The specific date will be listed in your email once your order is ready for pickup.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER FOR PICKUP?

Orders can’t be edited once they’ve been placed, but you can cancel your order anytime by giving the store a call at the number listed in your pickup email. Your order will also be cancelled automatically if you haven’t picked it up by store close the day after you get your pickup email.

WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO SHIP SOME OF THE ITEMS IN MY CART TO MY HOME AND SOME OF THEM TO A STORE?

You can place one order that contains both Buy Online, Pick Up at Store items and items you want shipped. However, your order can only contain items from a single store to pick up from. If you want to pick up from multiple stores, you’ll have to place separate orders.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS ORDERED FOR PICKUP?

Items purchased online and picked up in a store are subject to the same return policy as all other lululemon products. Heads up! Final sale items can't be returned once a purchase is complete.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes. You can PURCHASE A GIFT CARD online or in-store. They can be redeemed in-store or online and should be treated like cash as they cannot be replaced. Gift cards and e-gift cards are final sale.

DO YOU HAVE ELECTRONIC GIFT CARDS?

Yes. E-gift cards can only be purchased online and are delivered via email. They can be redeemed in-store or online, just like a physical card.

HOW DO I CHECK THE BALANCE AND TRANSACTION HISTORY ON MY GIFT CARD?

You can easily CHECK THE BALANCE ONLINE or have an educator help you at your local store.

CAN I USE MY LULULEMON GIFT CARD AT IVIVVA STORES?

Yes. lululemon gift cards are accepted in ivivva stores and showrooms.

WHERE CAN I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?

You can redeem your gift card both online and in-store. Gift cards are not accepted in concession stores (shop-in-shops) such as Harrods and or Brown Thomas, or with our wholesale partners.

Unfortunately, our gift cards cannot be redeemed in the following countries: Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, UAE.

I PURCHASED MY GIFT CARD IN NORTH AMERICA, CAN I USE IT IN CHINA?

No. Only gift cards purchased in China can be used in China.

I WANT TO PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE USING MY GIFT CARD, CAN I COMBINE IT WITH PAYPAL IF THERE ISN’T ENOUGH MONEY ON THE GIFT CARD?

Yes. Gift card payments can be combined with PayPal

I LOST MY GIFT CARD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We can’t replace them if they’re lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. So hold on tight to them! Gift cards should be treated like cash.
